# Data-Driven Governance: How We Can Empower Stargate with Custom Analytics

# Summary

Our team at PYOR developed a comprehensive [governance dashboard](https://dune.com/pyor_xyz/aave-dao-governance) for the AAVE ecosystem on Dune, and we’d love to create something similar for Stargate.

# **What We Built for AAVE**

Our dashboard provides real-time tracking of critical governance metrics with visualizations like:

Similar visualizations could provide Stargate with:

- Clear visibility into governance focus areas specific to Stargate operations
- Insights into Stargate participation trends and voting engagement cycles
- Understanding of delegation patterns within the Stargate community
- Data-driven foundation for governance improvement strategies tailored to Stargate’s ecosystem

- Protocol Metrics: Monitor key bridging parameters, cross-chain liquidity, and volume metrics
