This proposal aims to develop a comprehensive governance analytics dashboard for Stargate called Gov Navigator. The project addresses the current challenge of fragmented governance information by consolidating delegate performance metrics, voting analytics, and proposal tracking into a single, user-friendly interface. The dashboard will serve as a centralized hub for tracking and visualizing Stargate’s governance activities, covering three main areas:

Motivation:
While Stargate’s governance has made positive strides with governance initiatives, the ecosystem still faces challenges with fragmented information. Token holders must compile delegate data from multiple sources, and there’s a lack of standardized performance metrics. Gov Navigator will complement these existing governance improvements by providing analytical tools that further empower the community to participate effectively.
